I spent my career in sales and marketing roles in the B2B market place upon graduating from university. I love B2B business! I worked in industrial, building and hardware industries before moving into recruitment in 2000. The recruitment experience as a candidate at that time led me to believe there was a massive opportunity for a recruitment agency that cared passionately about their industry and understood the details and nuances of their marketplace. To be blunt I was sick of going to interviews to meet recruiters that either didn’t understand my industry or, didn’t seem to care about my wants, dreams and goals for my career.

I started in recruitment with Morgan & Banks in 2000, motivated by my previous frustrating experiences. I worked exclusively in the B2B sector, recruiting sales and marketing roles from graduates through to senior management. I also had the opportunity to work with some of the best recruiters in Australia. I sat at their feet… I listened, I learned and I applied best practice.

For almost 20 years I have developed in-depth knowledge and experience recruiting in the B2B market place, specifically focusing on building and architecture, industrial, education and medical/health markets with clients such as Boral, James Hardie, Caroma, The Living Edge, Sebel Furniture and Armstrong among many others.
