About the Company

You'll be working for a leading supplier of quality residential door solutions and partnering with builders and contractors nationwide. The business combines local agility with significant financial stability. The company offers innovative products, reliable service, and genuine career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
Your focus is to increase product sales volume, expand market share, secure new customers, and support existing accounts. You will manage your sales pipeline through CRM tools, conduct market and performance reviews, and represent the company at industry events when required.
  • Account management and defending existing business. You are starting with over $5M in business
  • Identify and secure new business across Tier t to 3 builders, giving you the opportunity to grow an already valuable customer base
  • Use of Microsoft Excel for sales analysis and identifying sales opportunities or sales gaps to fill
  • Manage and execute a structured territory plan, allowing you enough structure to see the results of your hard work
  • Strengthen relationships with key builders and contractors to defend and expand your market position in Victoria
  • Drive sales by increasing your share of wallet and profitability with each customer
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve
What You’ll Need / Who You Are
  • Field sales experience within the building or hardware industry. If you have called on hardware stores, trades or builders, this is a unique opportunity to fast-track your career
  • Commercially astute with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and proactive
  • Competent with CRM systems and MS Excel
  • Curious and interested in analysing sales data
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel 1-2 days a month in regional Queensland. (Most customers are Brisbane metro based).
