I have spent most of my career in senior Human Resources roles at CSR. As a result, I have extensive strategic and operational experience providing HR leadership and services to middle management and executive leadership teams. As a result, I have a deep understanding of building materials businesses, their people and talent needs across ANZ and Asia.

I have spent my career analysing issues and providing innovative, practical and consultative advice, support and solutions. My time at CSR required providing a wide range of HR solutions, which also included identifying, recruiting and onboarding senior executives, typically in General Management and Executive Leadership positions.

I bring to Saunders Lynn a keen eye for talent identification within the building industry in executive leadership roles. My clients and candidates can utilise my years of experience in talent identification and development.
