Resourcer and Administration Manager
My career is predominantly in Marketing, FMCG, people management and operations. I have a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business management, majoring in marketing. My first job was as a recruitment intern while at university, where I got a taste for sourcing talent and writing enticing job adverts.
I have worked in various marketing roles within a variety of industries such as oil and gas, retail and commercial property, and fast-moving consumer goods. This led to sales and merchandising management and operations roles. I was managing and organising hundreds of merchandisers nationwide, focusing on quality training and systems to maintain brand presence and increase sales.
I am the Resourcer and Administration Manager at Saunders Lynn. I keep the recruiters to task, gently remind them of key deadlines and help create a smooth process for our internal team at Saunders Lynn, and for our clients and candidates. I am working on a wide variety of sales and marketing recruitment assignments – I focus on identifying talent and searching for candidates. I am also the “go-to” support person for our tech stack.
I love seeing a candidate I have identified come through our process and be hired and love their new job and employer.
