You will be selling a product range that is already respected across the A&D community. Architects know it, trust it, and want to specify it. That means warmer conversations, faster rapport, and a far more rewarding sales experience than fighting for shelf space or margin at a trade counter.
The Australian team operates like a close-knit business, but you will be backed by the resources, brand recognition, and product pipeline of a large global organisation. Your colleagues share leads across territories, support each other on projects, and collaborate regularly
- Established brand with strong pull-through demand across the A&D community
- A collaborative national sales team that shares leads and project opportunities
- Technical and marketing support so you can focus on relationships and conversion
- Autonomy to manage your own territory with clear, achievable goals
- Long-term career growth as the business continues to expand
Your focus will be getting in front of architects and designers early in the project lifecycle, before specifications are locked and before projects go to tender. The earlier you are in the conversation, the more influence you have over product selection. This business has strong conversion rates, so the pipeline you build will translate into real results.
You will work across a range of commercial projects, including office fit-outs, hospitality venues, education facilities, government buildings, and high-profile architectural developments across Sydney.

- Use project intelligence platforms to identify and qualify new opportunities, keeping your pipeline active and well-targeted

- Sales experience in building materials, interior products, trade, or merchant/retail environments
- Confidence engaging with architects, designers, and construction professionals or a strong desire to develop these relationships
- Comfortable managing longer sales cycles with structured follow-up and pipeline discipline
- The ability to read plans or engage in technical conversations is an advantage
- Strong organisation and communication skills with CRM experience
