What you'll do
  • Build and grow relationships with volume home builders and multi-residential developers, positioning yourself as their trusted product advisor from the earliest stage of the project
  • Guide clients through product selection and follow each opportunity through to a confirmed order, giving you full pipeline visibility and a clear line of sight on your conversion rate
  • Negotiate terms, pricing and supply arrangements across the builder, merchant and contractor chain, allowing you to deliver real commercial value and cement long-term partnerships
  • Manage and grow key accounts by staying closely connected with business owners, procurement managers, project managers and trades across your territory
  • Host client visits, product launches and events from your showroom, giving you a premium environment to deepen relationships and showcase the range
  • Liaise with commercial plumbing merchants to stay across upcoming projects and maintain visibility of pipeline opportunities
  • Build and maintain an active CRM pipeline, keeping your territory organised and your forecasting reliable

  • Practical and hands-on - willing to do what it takes to move an opportunity forward, whether that is a site visit, a merchant catch-up or an after-hours product event
  • Disciplined enough to know when to push hard, when to course correct and when to walk away from low-value opportunities that will cost you time
  • Results-oriented, not just relationship-oriented. You build genuine connections, but you also service your clients, making yourself the likely choice to partner with
  • Organised and structured in how you manage your pipeline, with multiple opportunities across different stages running simultaneously
