Classes
Students receive
personal guidance within the classes, which are small in number.
Emphasis is on awareness and flow of energy in the art of yoga.
Level I
For those who have had little or no experience. This course gives you an
understanding of how to work correctly with alignment and technique,
providing a strong foundation for an intelligent and safe practice. Working
at a slower pace to really connect with your body, creating awareness and
responsiveness.
Level II
This is a general class, beneficial for all those who have a basic
understanding of asana alignment. The student continues to progress, bringing
life & awareness to all parts of the body.
Level III
Available for the general to more advanced student, this class encourages the
individual to enter the practice on a deeper level, holding postures to
confront & release the resistance of the mind. More refined information
is given.
Courses
When you make a commitment to
practice yoga at least once a week, progression is ongoing in body awareness
& wellbeing.
